Account Manager (FSI)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will assume an integral role in contributing to the business growth of the organization. This includes identifying and establishing new business initiatives and opportunities in the target market.

  • Achieve given sales target, prepare and present reports, proposals and sales
    forecast in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for key accounts management, handling customer requirements and
    work with related support teams such as Pre-Sales, Product and Project Implementation.

Account Manager (Wholesale)

  • Responsible for developing sales in the designated target market(s) by identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Contact prospective customers by cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead
    generation, proposal submission, and customer appointments in order to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
  • Develop and manage customer relationships in order to retain existing revenue and attain additional business.
  • Develop additional sales opportunities within the customer account(s) by
    implementing actions to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total
    customer spend with the company.
  • Provides comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and/or existing accounts.
  • Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed
    opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
  • Learns and develops further knowledge of new network products and selling points which involves managing and enhancing Wholesale products development area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or
    related discipline.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in sales, marketing or business development in IT or telecommunications industry.
  • Experience in solution selling network services eg. IP transit, data, voice and data centre/colocation services are key to selection.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in selling to close.

IT Engineer (Server)

Responsibilities:

  • To monitor, configure and maintain the customer’s PC, Server, PABX and network infrastructure (Router, Switch, Firewall and so on) on business hour.
  • To work on customer site to trouble-shoot not only on business hour but non-business hour.
  • To coordinate trouble-shooting procedures with our valued customers, network carrier and respective system and network vendors.
  • To assist Sales and Project Management Division with technical specifications and proposals.
  • To develop and enhance current policies, procedures, documentation for IT Out–Tasking workflow and other related areas.
  • To support implementation work for system engineer, when there is no need to go onsite.
  • To perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both written & spoken English is mandatory.
  • Possess a degree in a related discipline with at least 2 years’ experience.
  • Previous experience and knowledge in managing system and network infrastructure and possesses vendor specific certification (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate, Microsoft, VMWare, etc.) would be an advantageous.
  • Experience in the operation, maintenance and administration of various operating system and applications; Microsoft Windows; Network and Server Monitoring, Backup, Telephony system and etc.
  • Experience in networking protocols and equipment / appliance - TCP / IP, Ethernet, layer-2, switching and layer-3 routing; Cisco routers and switches, firewalls, virtualization, clouds, etc.
  • Good understanding of Internet architectures and technology.

HR Executive

Responsibilities:

  • The person will perform a HR generalist role and assist in the overall management of HR functions and initiatives to support the organization.
  • Responsible for all HR documentations and administration – employment, staff
    movement, leave administration and staff insurances.
  • To assist in hiring process such as coordination of interviews, arrangement for on-boarding and new employee induction briefing.
  • Responsible for daily HR administrative functions on documentation, reporting and providing staff support.
  • Attend to all employees' queries pertaining to HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper filling of all documentations.
  • To assist in monthly payroll process to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Network Operation Centre Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the first level support in daily Data Centre operations as well as customer support.
  • To perform scheduled system health check, data back-up services, M & E equipment checking and management of cabling. To monitor condition of network and all facilities in Data Centre on 24 hours basis.
  • To carry out first level troubleshooting, log incident case and proper escalation.
  • To follow up and preparation of incident reports for every reported incident until case closes.
  • To update and maintain the latest information of customer, inventory list and related documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or in related discipline.
  • Knowledge in networking, Linux, Apache, Windows NT/2000 and UNIX. Candidate who has Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA) or Data Centre related certification will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Help qualifying customer needs with the Sales teams as a component of the networking solution design to build competitive and profitable networking solutions for our potential customers.
  • Works and respond to RFIs/RFQs/RFPs assigned to the sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team resources, profit and delivery for success of deals and bids.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunication, Information Technology or equivalent.

  • Experience in networking protocols and equipment/appliances -TCP/IP, OSPF/BGP protocol, Ethernet, Layer-2 and 3 switching and Layer-3 routing; routers, switches and firewalls etc.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Presentations - Showing the value of the solution design and services.

Procurement Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily purchasing operations including vendor sourcing, requesting for
    quotation and price negotiation
  • Timely and accurate processing and issuing of Purchase Order
  • Follow up with suppliers on order status and monitoring to ensure delivery on time at the required site
  • Monitoring and control of purchasing documentations including vendors’ contract
    management
